Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how EquipNation handles cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Due to the nature of commercial equipment, refunds and returns are limited and subject to approval. Refunds due to customer cancellation may include administration fees.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Order cancellations may be subject to administration fees.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item or order.

Returns
Returns are accepted only if approved in advance and must be unused and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items
Damage must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will assist with replacement, repair, or refund.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
